Barbara has completed over 350 lease transactions in 35 years. Barbara has located space and negotiated lease renewals for several corporations, retail credit union branches and has completed multiple office, warehouse and laboratory leases for area public institutions. Barbara represents law firms of all sizes with lease renewals and office moves. Commercial real estate sale transactions include the sale of the $22,000,000 Delta Dental Building, a retail building and parking lot in Capitol Hill, a commercial condominium at The Cosmopolitan Condominiums, The Howard Building, 500 John Street Building, Hanson Court Office Building, 4250 8th Avenue NW Building, 1515 Dexter Avenue North Building, 333 Taylor Avenue North Building, 1616 8th Avenue North Building and 146 North Canal Street Building, a commercial condominium project.
